Light Smoke from Oil Cap... Is this a Normal/Acceptable Amount? *Video Attached*

I know that a light amount when warm is acceptable but everyone seems to have different amounts they deem acceptable. I took this video after a 40mile drive to work. I have the sun at my back to give it direct light. I also put the cap on loosely with no dancing, upside down with no dancing just some moving from I'm sure the vibration of the engine, and then put my hand over it to check for oil pushing...

What do you all think? I just got it back after a 6 month stay at the shop trying to figure out why the cooling system kept pressurizing even after multiple headgaskets(they found a hole/crack). Just want to make sure it's on the up and up

I wouldn't worry about it, looks like just normal blow by to me. Especially if it sat that long.
