massive coolant leak

Thats nuts.......I ordered them and they were about a $1 each.
Do you need the rear main tool? DO NOT try to install it without the tool.
I have a rear cover and the tool if you need them. I can ship you the tool.....Its easy to use.

yeah guy at dealership told me they were 14 each for 2 and 11 each for other two plus tax.
I didn't get the tool because I didn't want to spend the 350 bucks.. I need to have my truck out of my dads garage by this weekend.. if you could send it to me and have it here by Friday or Saturday at latest ill definitely take you up on the offer.. I was going to use a hammer and punch like every other seal I do..
I picked up a cover from another member sorry or I would have definitely hit you up..

pm sent matty

haha figures I could've gotten them twice now.. I had to order all the seals to do this job and then ordered a new NSBU switch and new wiring pigtails for it. 2 separate orders, but never seen those on there..go figure right.

thanks so much matty for offering to help like you have. stand up guy for sure. its greatly appreciated!!

Got the adapter out back in WITH all 4 dowel pins in..no,more leak up too,now the coolant elbow is leaking...for some reason it's in a bind or I have something in not quite right..anyone use rtv on the steel gasket?? That's what sides leaking.

Loosened oil cooler, removed studs from adapter plate, and took elbow out,put some right stuff on the oil cooler side of elbow(both sides of steel gasket),tightened down elbow to oil cooler, then tightened oil cooler to block, reinstalled studs in adapter plate and tightened nuts..no more leak!!

im going to have to get your contact info on these suppliers.. i called a few places and 80 bucks was about the going rate.. i just went with merchant because i got the wires from there.. spent a pretty penny on those too!! 125 bucks for 2 pig tails!! either way it needed it so i picked em up. thanks for all the help matty
