max spool pushrods

just got a new set of max spool pushrods for a 06 5.9 noticed that they were about 1/6 shorter than the stock ones is this right.
 
1/6 shorter? Like a 1/6 of an inch shorter or the push rods you got are 5/6 of the total length your originals were?

i stood them on end side by side and the new ones were about one sixteenth of a inch shorter than the stock rods thats just a eyeball guess. may be they are shorter to enable a bigger cam latter but will work with a stock cam.just a guess.i would like to know i got the right ones before i crank it for sure
 
they will work you will take up the difference when you adjust the rockers. also try to measure them with a tape measure or micrometer to be sure of the length difference.
