Need help vp44 low pressure

I have a 99 24 valve Cummins with a brand new Fass DDR p 95 with a XDP sump it drove fine for about 2 months but then I noticed pressure was low so I replace filter now at an idle I have 18 PSI and as soon as the truck gets a load on the motor it goes down to zero after about 15 secs on throttle pressure I took everything apart cleaned it the truck has 250,000 even put fass platinum on it today and it took fuel pressure the same way. I took off overflow valve and cleaned it no diffennce need help ASAP please

Verify the pressure gauge isnt giving a false reading?

I experienced the same issue and mine was caused by my connections to my battery being loose. You may want to also try connecting your relay to a keyed hot, due to your ECM not maintaining proper voltage to close the relay. Have you tried the FASS trouble shooting guide?

Make sure you are powering that pump with a relay, not directly from the factory plug(ECM).
You could partially pinch off the return line where it's rubber, see if your pressure rises.

The wiring for pump is keyed into something else that is good did away with relay and right into keyed power under dash

I'm getting new gauge on way home to try that got no clue about to light on fire and walk away never wanted a VP truck haha
