Neede CPL For This Pump

I am doing a 12v P-Pumped conversion in my 2000 PSD and we are trying to set the timing to 25* and there is no CPL tag on the engine because the cover was replaced with an updated one for the KDP problem. anyway the tag on the pump indicated #847 and had the larger throttle brkt holes from a commercial duty truck. We are in need of the conversion in mm's to crank degrees for the 25* setting, and do you know how to figure the CPL ?
