new tips/valve issues

i pul in a set of 90's on my 04, all went well till i go to start it, it sounds like a exhast valve is staying open....ive recheccked everything, rod, rockers ecet and nothing seems outta place. it runs, just very rough, any idea's?

followed instuictions from dynomite, ruled out valves, is there a way to check if the injector is firing?

I would check the injector harness were it plugs into the lower valve cover.

There are four pins in each connector. Check to make sure nothing got pulled too hard and messed things up. It is alot easier if you have a some sort of voltage meter with a fuse checker. That way you can trace the wires to the injector.

The most common harness mishap is the "plug" end. Often times people pull to hard on the wires and one or more gets back too far for a good connection. The plugs can be disassembled. Just pull the end off with needle nose pliers.

This is where I would look first. Hope it helps.

im checking the feed tubes now, when i get the fuel lines back together i'll check the plugs out, it almost sounds like an injector wasnt fireing, i was getting voltage to the injector posts
