New to the 6.7L

I just bought a 2011 6.7, Is there anything special i should know. I've had diesel's my whole life, but things are changing so fast. op:

keep the DEF full.
let it finish regens.

Do these tell you when it's doing a regen?

It's a Powerstroke, I havent seen any symbol or message on the dash for regen, But the mileage still drops so i figuire thats when it does it.

The LCD screen will throw a mesage up when the truck goes into regen. It only stays up for a couple of seconds and is pretty easy to miss.

what kind of fuel milage are they getting?

obviously it depends on how you drive, I tend to beat on my truck but i've havent seen it drop below 15mpg and i've gotten a sustainded mileage at 17,19 mpg . If you drive like an old lady i've gotten 21. UNLESS your in regen and it drops to about 9mpg but doesnt regen for long. These numbers are all from the in-dash meter.

The 6.7L's seem to use DEF more sparingly than the new LML DMax's too.
