no speedo after 5 spd swap

Here's the run down truck is 96 at/cali I put a 94 engine and nv4500 in it but did retain the original dhd spedo doesn't work but truck also has been sitting 4 years inside I have changed the vss and cluster with ones I know worked cheched the vss plug have 5v on orange ground black 5 volts white with orange also verified I have have out put voltage on rear axle were my ts lockup controller was coneccted am I missing anything everything else works great and even tried plugging in the of switch and sticking it in the back of dash and plunged a trans output sensor in and no luck

Was it an auto before?
Did you swap ECM?
I see it WAS an auto. What about the TPS? Is it still in place?

Still has auto pcm yes tps is in place and connected I can try unhooking it
