No start LBZ

I am workin on an 06 LBZ chassis with an 05 Cab on it. This truck has a no start condition. The truck has no codes and when datalogging during cranking everything seems to be meeting
Commanded values(rail pressure included) . In the tune file I have disabled security also to see if that had anything to do with it and still no go. Am I missing something??? Please give me some insight if any of you have had this!

I guess the history on the truck is that the original 06 cab had been damaged so they found a 05 cab to put on it. The truck had ran this way for the passed couple years. In the spring it started to miss a little bit and then died and wouldn't start back up. Previous shop pulled the cp3 to test it and tested ok I guess. I'm confused Because there are no codes, rail pressure is hitting desired, and it won't even attempt to fire up at all.
