What's the general idea on how big you can go with a nozzle swap before the injector bodies need modifications?

I'm assuming you are referring to CR injectors. I talked to Ed at Wolfcreek Diesel / JL machine the other day. Regardless he told me at 150℅ he recommends modification and anything over 175% need body modification to get the best results.

No problem. Spent a half hr on the phone with him. Seems like a sharp guy. Not sure what exactly s&s, exergy or II are doing that their calling modded bodies. Hopefully someone knows.

Body mods are not needed until over a 200% increase in flow.
