I'm thinking '86 was the first year for the hydraulic clutch and not sure on the bell housing pattern?? I think they may be the same.
Your gonna need the '94-02 flywheel housing and starter a clutch and flywheel or get the Advanced adapters bell. We found a '92 1/2 ton dodge with 318 v8 that had the NV4500 with small input and output. I purchased the diesel input, swapped bell housings and was able to retain the small input 205. No problems to date. Pretty sure the v-10's had the larger output.
You will also have to fab up a transfer case shifter mounting bracket and I think a piece of 3x3 heavy wall square tubing to space the trans up on the cross member.
