Stax Motorsports presents:

Diesel Bracket Racing

at Castrol Raceway



October 4, 2008

$25 regular drivers fee

plus

$15 to run in the bracket



There will be prizes for first and second place.



Castrol is letting us do this as a trial run in hopes that we get enough people to make it a regular event for next season.



Please let me know if you are planning on making it so I can keep the track updated as to how many people we have coming.



All trucks that have already gone through our tech do not need to go into the tech line, trucks that have not run our track this year (street legals) must go through track tech.



We will have our own pit area. My truck will mark where it will be (over on the paved area).



Anyone who wants to run this bracket must come see me to be able to compete.

Wow! I am surprised not too many people are wanting to join in on this one....
 
DITD is the same day so you may have some competition for where people are going
 
Well a great time was had by all we had 12 trucks not to bad ( shame the calgary guys couldnt make it hope all is well down south).

First place went to Steven 05 black Dodge crewcab.

Second place went to Dale 05 grey Chev crewcab.

Third place went to Kendal 04 Chev crewcab

There were some awsome times laid down

Shawn Elerton laid down a 11.32 @ 122 mph run loosing a turbo and a little fire

Kelly laid down a 11.45 @ 119 mph run

Devon Evons ran a 12.45 run

Dale ran low 13's

Tom ran a personal best at 15.00

James ran a best of 14.56 ( second time ever racin Matts truck )

was an 08 Ford f350 that ran very low 13's with just a tuner



A great time was had by everyone it was well run and very orginized Laura spent a lot of time having us ready and set for this.Thanks 2 all who came out and played and to all the support shown to get this to come together.

As for next year we are hearing good things already stay tooned James Dack c/o Stax Motorsports.
