Weren't done at the time of the pic. Just never saw opening up by the valve like this befor and getting into the seat

I know Farrell experimented with that when he ran the PDR head program, back when PDR was still owned and run by Piers.

Iirc it is an evolution of the Somender Singh grooves design.

Yea I can see for cylinder scavenging but I wasn't sure on getting into the seat like that? Last thing I want is to drop one obviously. I'm all for trying it was just curious if anyone had an input or ideas as to why not to.
