Push pull pump shutoff bracket

Does anyone sell a bracket for the pump to do a push pull cable ? I'd like to get rid of the shut off solenoid

I just used a marine control cable, or Morse style control cable. They are threaded on each end, then ordered a universal clamp bracket, and the rod end from Summit.

It's the same cable and brackets used for a universal throttle cable setup for a drag car.

Summit or Jegs have everything you need.

Sweet thanks! I found a throttle bracket on jegs that looks like it should work perfect!

Which cable end did you use? I'm assuming I would have to source a handle for the cable as well?

I used a small pto screw on handle.

I can send a pic of the setup if yall want, but haven't figured out how to post pics on this forum for the last 13yrs.

Here’s the pics and info from JasonC:

I ended up using a small pto cable I bought at the driveline shop.

The 1st one I did I used a marine cable.

I just welded a tab to that bracket that's already mounted on the pump. And got rid of all the solenoid linkage and pushing forward is on, pulled back off.

The cable has enough tension it will stay put in the fuel on or off position.
