We are having a problem with the hydro handle.
I want to move the header tilt function to the Honeybee control. The switches are in a circuit board and wired in a matrix fashion. So I can't just switch some pins around in the handle electrical connector.
So, I was trying to figure out if I could build a harness that goes from the Honeybee header command connector, to the tilt valve solenoid.
My problem is I can't find any schematics on the Honeybee connector in Service Advisor. Honeybee has one on their site but doesn't help.
Another question is will my harness work with the CAB controller programmed to the 4.5 meter rotary header? Or will I have to program it to the Honeybee header? If I program it to the Honeybee, will the rotary header function properly?
We have three guys with the same problem, three different machines. It is all operator error, but if I could make it easier for them, it would be awesome.
When they get to the end of a row, and lift the header, they bump the tilt. When they put it down they are swathing dirt.
Thanks in advance!
