I'm thinking about getting rid of the Rear bumper and adding a Roll Pan, but I want to keep my recessed Hitch.. Have any of you guys done it? Do you have any Pics?
 
i just dropped my roll pan off to get painted. no recessed hitch though.
 
Yeah but I have to use my hitch to pull trailers and such. I just don't want it sticking out way out.
 
Perhaps a flip up license plate with the hitch behind it?
 
Not without some major modification.. I just measured everything...My hitch sticks out near 8 inches... without some major modification, it aint gonna happen?
 
drill holes and move it forward?
hopefully a sledpuller will come in and give some measurements

yea, that's what I'd do with a dodge.
 
we didn't use any measurements on my buds 06. move the rear-most mounting holes on the hitch to the front most holes on the frame, drilled new front holes and were done. Has the same look as Howling posted over in the pulling section....

Thats what I need to Do...dang that looks like a lot of work. I guess I'll crawl under it this weekend and start measuring and planning.
