Rough/surging idle

Never will show symtoms when cold, usually happens after freeway speeds and conditions, but never consistant.

Ipr and Icp have about 10,000 on both.

Truck has 72,000 any Clue? Not wire chafing on harness, checked and re-checked.
Only thing i can think is an injector.

I have a buddy that had the same issues. It was an injector.
