and some are in daily drivers, do you have more insurance coverage ? I mean in case of a crash or stolen truck...etc ?

I'd hate to be putting the money I am into my motor and only be covered for a stock truck.

Just curious to hear what others have done.

I carry 100/300/100 on the truck with 2 adders for 5K each. That's all Progressive will give me.
You can get a stated value policy..but Progressive wanted close to 400 bucks a month for me when we went through my reciepts....I'll stick with my 170 a month and call it good.

I haven't talked to my insurance co yet but, I can just imagine them saying.... well, why is your motor built like that ? We better reconsider your whole policy cause we think you doing something more than driving it. Likely not but, you never know.

Here in NC, to include adders to any companies policy cost a arm and a leg ! I had 20K in extras on my last truck and they changed some law about extras and my cost went up $500... a month ! needless to say... that was canceled in a heart beat.
