Stamped oil pan for II gorilla girdle?

Bought a gorilla girdle, and looking online it says the oil pan needs to be stamped. What needs to happen as far as "stamping" Is it something I can do myself?
Any pictures would be a huge help.

I just used a little heat and a ball peen hammer to clearance the pan for the stud/bolts. nothing too major. just make sure and keep the flange flat.
