If your OBS is hard to start, and you have replaced the glow plugs, glow plug relay, and batteries, try upgrading to a SD starter. I just put one in this morning and the truck fires right up. Starts better than it ever has before, only change you might have to make is enlarging the small wire terminal to fit the larger post. Definitely worth it.
