Surging at low throttle position

Have a 05 LLY and when accelerating, like easing through a field or parking lot the trucks surges as if possible tps problems not that familiar with the setup also have a small dead spot on throttle at very bottom just above idle as if not reading tps but after that point everything works fine no surging or anything

Possibly a sticking fca, if you have a scan tool you should be able to read throttle position to rule out a faulty tps.

are the FCAs the same on a dmax as they are on a cummins?
