I bought my truck almost 4 years ago and got lucky that the previous owner had put a FASS 150 on it before trading it in. When I got it, the truck had 14psi which was ok...and over the last 4 years of adding many power enhancing devices, my demand for fuel had dropped it down to 10psi, but it would never dip below 9 at WOT...until I installed the redline, and at high rpms the redline would pull the FP down to below 7 which is a no-no for VP44's.
So i got Dan to hook me up with a new return spring, and now I run a constant 24psi and it doesnt drop hardly at all even when I pulled to 3800rpms with the redline last night, and I could actually feel a difference in the power at those higher RPMs, and I am sure the rice burner next to me thought that same thing as I walked him too!
Thanks Dan!
