A friend of mine sold me a old TS ramifier and I was unaware that it would not work on a 03 without being reprogrammed. When called them and they said that they would reprogram it for me if I shipped it to them but I didn't have anything to do this afternoon so I ran it down there. When I got there Chris W. took care of reprogramming it and when I asked if he could give me the directions for it because it didn't come with any he not only gave me the directions he showed me the sensors and put it on in the parking lot. When I asked what I owed him he said not to worry about it. I just wanted everyone to know how great the customer service is down there.
