Front tires are chopped on my truck and I've got a chance to get some descent used tires but they are 1" taller then the rears...1" difference gonna bind things up? Or is that not enuff difference to worry about?
Rears are only a few months old so im not replacing them.

Truck is an 04 Dodge 3500 dually.

Well that was kind of the point of my post...running in 4wd when/if needed. I guess I assumed people would know what I was referring to.

I did it won't work.
Lol...ok. I was just clarifying.

The previous owner put 17's on the back and 18's on the front so kinda hard to match up sizes. I'm running a ½" difference in size now with no I'll effects so didn't know if I could get away with a full inch difference or not.

I have had to do it before just to get by for awhile. As long as you don't keep it locked in on dry pavement I wouldn't worry about it. When in mud/slick conditions when you usually need 4x4 you'll be fine.
