Trans cooler size

most guys like to run 1/2 line but i have a had a hard time finding rubber 1/2 line with the correct fittings so im just gonna run 3/8 line to a plate cooler up front. i hope it keeps it cool on my mud truck. im not running alot of power though
 
I ran 3/8 stainless to mine, the 1/4npt fitting in the transmission isn't any bigger than that i.d.
If you want to go larger to overcome bent areas then go for it..

If you tow with this cooler you need the biggest you can get.
