Is there a way we can run a trans slip test with efi?

You can log engine speed and output shaft speed, and test it in 4th gear with the converter locked.

Since 4th gear is 1:1 you can easily tell if there is any slippage. Engine RPM and transmission output speed shouldnt be much different from each other. They wont be identical but should be really close. Techinically you could do it in all gears, but you would have to convert the numbers using the gear ratios.

Ahh i see, were trying to figure out if i have a bad lock up switch or trans
