I take it u running 3rd low with 3.54s?

Unfortunantly yes that is correct. I might have to remedy that situation. My issue is that even with 5.13's low 4th is 13.90 final which is still pretty fast for a 2.8 setup.

Thats not bad of a final if the RPMS are hi enough and a big tire with 3rd and 3.54.. The 5.13s is good also even with 35s thats a good setup too

Scooter weres the flatbed truck or is this another one?

Thats the same truck of scooters he just put a reg non dually bed on it. Since it was a cab and chassis truck, it is actually 4" longer than a standard pickup which is why there is a gap between the cab and bed. He has single wheel rims and tires to put on it.

Brad told me awhile ago that they like a 15.5 to 16 final for a 2.8 setup. High 2nd with 5.13's is the perfect gear according to that but for me high second is no better than me running low 3rd at a 16.07 final and using rpms to make up the differance so thats why i havnt changed yet. But i would like to get in to direct so i was thinking about going even taller than 5.13s.

Good hook Tim

Thanks Kevin. I didnt rev it up quite as much as i should have and thats probably what helped to take out the trans as i was making it work hard. I wanted to come down to St. Charles friday but i doubt i can get all the parts i need and rebuild the trans by thursday.

Yea Rodney thats the flatbed. I got bored with it so I made some changes. I knew that nobody would take interest in it if I made a build thread so i just kept to my self. I converted to an auto and single wheel but my tires havent come in yet so im running around on the duals still.

I like it my Fav color too :) I take it the rear tires will set in just a little being a cab/chassis?

Thanks, the color is only temporary though. The outside of the rim is flush with the bed side. I will be runnin a 18x9
