Sorry I forgot to put my non smartass price, I just got $12,500 from my 96 with a few less mods. yours being a '98 you could probably get about $15+

if i was thinking of KBB i would take it down to stock and sell it as stock
Mods really don't add much to value. Less than half the price of the parts.

You'd be better off selling it as stock.

Anymore in the era of craigslist and ebay, KBB is high.

Also to sell it for more than loan value someone is gonna have to have the cash. So you limit your market to those that have $15,000 cash for a vehicle, and want a truck like yours, with your mods.

15K sounds high to me also i was thinking more along the lines of 8500 if the interior is in perfect condition, and the body is strait. but if not then possibly less

It really depends on where your located.. Here in Ohio the price on diesels are outrageous and they are really hard to find. I noticed that the price difference for a newer 3rd gen here was around 25K and down in Texas you could find the same truck for 18-20K.

I ended up paying 8K for my 97 12v. It had 140K on it, the body is alittle rough. With a few things done to it.
