What would cause these error codes

My wife is driving my f350 it is a 2010 with the 6.4. I have a SCT tuner with Innovative tunes, a AFE intake and the dpf removed. I also have the EGR blocked.

When she went to go home tonight it gave the following error codes and the truck wouldnt blow heat and the temp gauge wouldnt go up

P0115 engine coolant temperature circuit malfunction
p0100 Mass or Volume Air Flow Circuit Malfunction

Why would these come up,, and how can I fix this? I am in the process of trading the truck off, so I would like to spend little or nothing.

Dumb question it does have coolant correct? I would lean toward the thermostat having issues

I am not sure, I am hoping it has something to do with the sudden temp drop here..
