whats wrong with my setup

94 5 speed truck, 175hp pump, 4k springs, hot street dvs, no plate, afc springs, 21 degrees timing, ddp4 injectors, pdr hx35/14-ht3b/26, stock lift pump, I can barely hit 45psi of boost(4th or 5th gear) and barely hit 900 degrees egt. What is holding me back?

Are you getting full rack travel? What does it rev to? Sounds like fuel to me.

don't know how to check rack travel, but I cut some of the foot off. Itll rev to 4k but its not much worth going past 3500. I mean it runs super clean, hardly a puff.

Your pump isn't going to make power beyond around 3200-3400 anyway due to the pumps cam profile. What are you using for a wastegate? And how much boost is your primary pulling?

Check your afc boost reference line. Followed by fuel pressure.

boost leaks, drive leaks, fuel pressure, shut off solenoid. Pull afc off and test it, then visually check rack travel.

I took off the valet switch(the farrel fitting wasn't seated properly), now it will hit 55psi and 1150 degrees.
