who can o-ring my head?

does anyone know of a shop that can cut my head for 0-rings? the shop that did the work on my block cant do it and the shop that balanced my rotating assembly cant either. they gave me a few numbers and I called a few places in the phone book as well with no luck. they either say the head is too big and their machine cant hold it or they do fire rings but not O-rings. looking for a shop in the md/pa area. thank you!
 
probably like an hour and 45. I actually just had a guy return my call that is in Kingsville md that can do it for me. I drive down there for work so ill just take it to him. is the 304 stainless wire acceptable to use do you know?
