Truckers, lets see your rigs!

Did Faulkner and leiffi just agree on something? We're going to have to mark this day down.

Sensor Connection makes 24 volt EGT gauges for real trucks. And their sensors have not failed yet, maybe they are not made in USA ?

When did you buy a real truck? Imagine a world where you don’t have to jack up your cab to work on your truck. It took us a while to wake up but we finally came around. Lol

Cat gurus, anybody ever heard of Rochester diesel? I cant find any info on them anywhere. I found they have honed 3406b pencil nozzles. Also what are yalls thoughts on these?

CAT | RDI3406B-40 | Performance Hone 40% | Stage 4

Never heard of them. Not a bad price. I like that they're using new nozzles and not remaned nozzles.

I got a set of 100% over nozzles through Diesel Controls, Inc. in Massllion, Ohio for my 3406. Its just toy but they do a good job and Jim is very knowledgeable. I've also had 855 injectors and fuel pump rebuilt through DCI. Good prices and in my mind good work.

Pretty drive to an ugly place

Unloading that load took over 4 hours. Worst load I’ve ever hauled in my trucking career by far. Chit set up like concrete.

In other news, truck got all new fuel lines, new engine wiring harness, and still gets horrible fuel mileage. The old engine harness was a complete wreck so I guess, it needed that anyhow, however the hopes of it fixing our problems was a joke.

You don’t understand the advantages of a steel cab. It’s really the wave of the future, all the car manufacturers are finally coming around and accepting steel as a viable material for car bodies...........

I got dirty getting unloaded once. Those horrible ketchup packages sometimes don’t squirt the way you think they’re going to. While I was watching the crane operator lift my coils off I got some on my shirt, completely ruined my day.

Dude I’m seeing a pattern, your slowly waking up from your red oval coma.

Kenwoth is just good for buisness. I have more yellow powered kw's come thru here than anything. Engine wise it doesnt matter. But working around 8 bag is miserable. I also find it highly iriritaing the layout under the cab to work on tramsmissions. Maybe not all,but a dump truck with the exhaust under the cab sux ballz to work on. I had over 6 hours pullin the 8ll out of this gem today. Same job in a 379 for example is less than half that. Doesn't help the local kw dealer gets their help from the leftover napa rejects when it comes to gettin parts.

I thought that's why hopper guys drove petes, all that wind blows in through the doors and your clean in just a few miles.

Has anybody ever had a power steering reservoir push oil out the top? Canister style, with the single stud hat. I changed the gasket and it got better but its still leaking, not sure where the pressure could be coming from, lines don't feel hot and the suction side is tight.
