your set up plus dyno numbers 12 valve only.

94 2500 NV4500

180 Pump, 3k gov spring, 16 Degrees timing, Ground fuel plate, 60hp injectors, Raptor 150 set to 35-40 psi, couple oil leaks

341/1028

Truck started out at 150hp and every part i installed i dynoed the truck to see the gains. Helps when you have a custom 4wd Mustang at where you work.......... :evil

I'm drastically changing my setup and just curious if anyone is running something comparable to give me a guesstimate.
S467 67/83/.90 T4
5x18
188/220
165LB springs
Hamilton extreme duty pushrods
180 pump, laser cuts, Mack plug, no plate, .093 holders and lines, 5500gsk
Still deciding between Steed or Stainless manifold and what gate to run

I'm hoping for 750ish

That thing is gonna smoke like a freight train

I realize it has the potential to smoke like hell, but hopefully I can tune it to be as clean as possible for off track driving. I'll probably throw a plate in and keep the AFC as conservative as possible for the street.

It won't smoke horrible with 12mm pump, unless lasers are really that bad. Mine has 181, comp cuts, stock holders, 5x.016, and cleans up almost completely.

I don't drive aggressively and rarely accelerate hard. So I think that smoke will be pretty manageable on the street. When its time to go to the track, all I'll have to do is swap a few things out and she'll be ready to run.

Dynoed the truck Saturday and pretty happy with the numbers. Here's the truck:
98 QCSB
180 pump, barrels racked and balanced with 024 dv's, 5K springs, Timed at 26*
DDP 3s 5x.012
Head ported by me, 60lb springs, Fire Ringed, and ARP Studs
HX-40/HT-60

652hp and 1320 ft lbs

This is with my plate and about an 1/8" from being full forward. I think the only step forward is new chargers. Truck runs smooth and can be driven virtually smoke free.

1994 2500- 160hp pump, mack rack, 22* timing, 5x14 sac injectors, 62/74/14, airdog II dual feed, homemade 191 dv's. 640-1335 fuel only 646-1364 on winshield washer fluid

I bet this is a fun truck on the street. Add some more fuel and giggle gas and be fun fun fun

Nice numbers! Especially with 5x.012.

Thank you! I've been told the DDP 3's can achieve 700hp. With some more air I believe it is possible... Going to be a while before I can afford the turbos I want. :nail:

Very Nice !! Damn near spot on what my 98 did with a 35/40 nand HT60. I really liked that setup. The HT60 is a damn good charger.

Thanks! The truck runs great. Its wild to run the throttle up to 60 to 65 lbs of boost and be pulling hard. The plant your foot and have it pull even harder. Problem is at that at 60 to 65 the temps are perfect, 1100*. Anything over that boost and the egt's climb right to 1600*. I've been thinking of going back to the stock dv's and pushing the plate full forward to see what the temps do. I've already replaced two cracked out heads. Trying to keep that from happening again. Plus with the stock dv's it should help the daily driving haze.
