Any CAT mechanics on here?

So I'm having more issues with this pos cat. I'm have a intermittent power lose. Hit a hill one time and it runs like a raped ape. Let off the go pedal and come back down on it and its flat and hardly any power. Scanned it yesterday and no codes. It does have a bully dog on it as well as a pig tail on the map sensor. Anybody ran into this
