1994 dodge ram I bought it in idaho With a bad transmission.i should get the transmission from the shop tomorrow
 
According to my memory, the 2nd gend frame rail was made of 2 sections, but according to picture it looks like 3 sections


edit: sorry I am stupid, I have work with 2nd gen frame rear section last few days, and never noticed the riveted rear part.

I centerd all my holes and transferd them 16 inches forward and used a frame drill and drilled all the holes and then separated the two halfs cut 16 out and slid the two back together and bolted and a little welding. Is this how you did yours?

Yeah that's how I did it. it's more work but it looks better it looks stock
