03/04 updates?

Yes...but take discussion of that stuff to the right place. The EFI forum isn't where you ask about Smarty tuning.

So what happens if you swap a 07 ecm into an 04 and try to tune? Can it even be done?
 
Is the 03-04 ECM capable of all the same stuff as the 06-07 ECM?

Im really thinking of swapping to an 06 ECM and engine harness..

It ought to be pretty close to the same, just simpler. Only guessing this because all the box tuners out there make pretty much the same power no mater the year of truck.
