I need to make a disclaimer at this point fellas. I gave up driving to go work for the railroad and miss trucking a lot!!! So from this point on when y'all show off your new toys, I'm gonna need videos of these trucks running. Especially the cool older large cars.:soap:

It's getting a wet kit now, stacks are shorter, no more headache rack or side boxes. I'll get a couple pics of it when I get the dump on there. Idk why but the jakes on this truck are louder then any other 3406B I've drove.

Might have the 349 series instead of the older 346 series.

My 73 KW W900a with an 855 Cummins. I should do this again because the Jakes aren't working in this video, and I think they sound cool as hell.

When I did drive it was mostly long hood Petes. Although I consider myself a Pete guy there's nothing cooler than an A model done right. Oddly enough for some reason I like the standard hoods on those trucks too. For some reason a long hood on an A model just doesn't look right to me.

I saw a picture of the first long hood that really stood out to me, I will see if I can get a picture of it off another site.

I stole this from a guy on Large Car mag forums, he just purchased this. I think it's a 73 with a 12V71 detroit.

And we got the purple one dolled up with a new visor, new chimneys, and a sleeper wing delete

I think the extended hoods with a 36" bunk is the best looking A model there is!
