Really depends on the setup.
I have ran everything from an 18 jet all the way to a 55 jet, for a spool shot, just depends what you are trying to get lit, and how fast you are trying to get it to come on.
For the guy with the "just run a looser converter" comment, at some point you start to give up a lot of et when you get to loose as the converter will just flash to red line until you are able to lock it.
