Nv4500, Nv5600 or ZF-6.. Can't Decide Which One!!

Car and truck zf6 are not even close.

The truck trans was designed for a truck. They don't have near the syncro issues am NV5600 does. Or any of its problems really.

Roachie I'll trade you a zf6 , adapter plate, clutch, starter, matching tcase for your 4500 setup any day of the week. Lol

Local dodge here has gone threw 3 nv5600 tranys truck is stock hot shot rig. Got a friend here has a 7.3l with 520k and pulled trailers most its life with a 100hp programmer zf6 trany never been touched.

Driver makes a huge difference IMO.

Both my 01 3500 cab and chassis trucks have over 200k miles on nv5600's with zero issues. All miles are towing right at 19k lbs combined weight. Both trucks have an Edge box and rv injectors. With all the 5600 failures you guys are reporting, Im wondering if the driver is not to blame more so than the tranny lol

This is how this truck has been set up since new. Truck weighs 11.5k and pump is 7200
