You would think if he is spraying he wouldn't need to downshift at the end of the track.

What point of the pull are you suspecting the NOS comes on?
 
Not sure how you can watch a video and tell if it has a bottle or not.
 
Sounds like he got beat, and now he is trying to justify it.

My understanding the protest fee was put up, and the tech's never found any NOS on the truck.
 
nos bottle inside the water injection tank, running through "water line". just saying...
there's ways to hide it.
 
if it was spraying it wasnt much, nitrous will usually make it go pretty clean
