H2 wheels on a 2008 SRW

So I just buy a second set of lugs and Ill be good. Im searching for a set of wheels now.
 
I have Bilstein 5100's all the way around, sway bar drop block, Thuren adjustable trac bar, and a 1.5 add-a- leaf now. I took the block out. When I had the block in the rear it still had the spacers in if that's what you're asking.

This is with the 3" coils and 1.5 add - a leaf

I drove to look at them, corroded more than he said, which wasn't bad, but I tire had a nail, another a plug, and a 3rd had a slit on the shoulder. He still thought they were worth 500. Lol
