15" wheel on D70

Guys I've got a pretty good deal on a set of wheels and slicks for my truck but I just wanted to make sure either way if a 15" wheels will fit on a 70 with disc brakes? Thanks

I've heard yes and no before. A lot of it depends on back spacing. I can't say for sure.

Disc conversion or what? When did the d70 come with disc to begin with?

Maybe I'm wrong but the rear end came out of an 01 2500 it's in my 95 now.

No that's correct. A '95 was only available with drums. I believe they changed around '98 when they were switching to the 24 valve. I think a 15" rim wouldn't have much trouble fitting over a disc brake. The drums are huge though. Lol.

Disc brakes were only available in/after 2001.5

Wasn't there a thread about having a hard time getting 16" wheels over disc brakes???
