Hey There Everybody

Thanks! I thought about an air to water cooler, but I figured since it will be a DD, and i take long trips every now and then. So I figured i would just slap a 2nd gen cooler in there. Oh, and I just go to school in Chico, I grew up in North Tahoe. I love it in Chico though!

They work fine on daily drivers...the new 6.7 Fords have em after all. Second Gen upside-down seems to work ok, and is probably cheaper. Congrats on the startup!

Thanks, I definitely need to figure out an intercooler ASAP. This turbo just cannot push enough air for these injectors.

Yes, it is skipped a tooth, and the pump is at the stock marks. Even with that, at my elevation (6300+), I can hit 1400 in seconds. Good thing I have the coated pistons! Although I really don't take it over 1300. Still haven't done a WOT run, needs to be broken in.

Yep, it rides ok. I never had it without, so I don't know how much better it makes it. Pretty bouncy in the back with no weight. I have bags for the front, just haven't gotten around to slapping them on.

Trust me it makes a difference. Stackx2 just duplicated that setup, and wow! What a difference it made.

Yea, I'm definitely excited to see what a difference the new turbo and the Phatshaft are going to make.

Wow, I hate how much I envy your truck man. That thing is gonna be so sweet when your done with it. :Cheer:

Thanks guys. It is a second gen style cooler, but much bigger.

Some progress as far as the intercooler goes. Lot of fitment problems, but nothing that can't be solved. Hood latch safety either has to be moved or I will use hood pins. I have to figure out what to do with my stock tranny cooler, even though i have another under the bed with an electric fan. I ditched the A/C condenser as well. And i have to build mounts for it and plumb it up. So, a lot of work but hopefully it will all be worth it.
