She's running pretty good. My tach isn't working so I can't see the R's but even with the straights on it the in cab noise isn't terrible. Definitely needs to get stuffed full of dynamat though
 
Is the speedometer mechanically driven on these ol trucks? Mine ticks as I'm going down the road and I can feel it when I touch the speedometer, almost like its skipping teeth

Yes, the speedo and the tachometer are mechanically driven.
 
Well my tach doesn't work, so that solves the mystery there
 
Tach may not be, my K100 is mechanical speedo and electronic tach. Noticed the other day mine has the less common 100mph speedo too.
 
Is there any way to calibrate the speedometers? Mine was 15mph slow

Sometimes the speedo is on one of the steer axle , its referenced by the drum and the clearence is made up by installing the correct bolts in the lip of the drum ( this is how the busses are anyways ) .. might be worth loooking @ .. ?

The spools have mufflers pressed in so she's pretty mellow cruising, but getting up to speed it barks pretty good, there's a bad connection in the Jakes somewhere because its not always hitting on all 6
