So, I bought the above mentioned setup, along with the Fleece plug to delete the sensor. I go to rough assemble everything, and the plug won't screw in. I double checked the thread pitch, it was OK.
I think the anodizing on both parts removed the needed clearance on the threads.
I put a little oil on the threads and tightened the plug down. When I did that, I noticed that the chamfer in the fuel block is too small for the o-ring supplied with the plug. So, I went to pull the plug back out....... AAAAAAANNNND. It seized. Hex stripped out of the plug. Damned expensive plug too.
So, I sent an email to Fleece support. No reply in over a week, which is OK given the holiday rush, but I'm curious what the best course of action is at this point.
You can see in the photos the chamfer for the other fittings.
