6.4L Cummins Build Complete and awesome.

I'm in the middle of my 6.4 build right now. Bought a buffer last week to polish up some stuff. Never considered polishing the rail and lines... But I am now ! Looks good man.

Thanks buddy. And make sure you post pics of your build.

are you drilling and taping the stock sprag race or are you using the AA bolt in race?

Drilling and tapping the stock sprag. Only using the template from the A&A kit, and actually my buddy knocked out the inserts and got one smaller one and one for the tap which is pictured. I’m using a #3 bit and tapping the threads to 1/4-28 using 1” UHL ARP bolts to bolt it in. Tapping case and sprag. Not drilling threw the sprag either. I left about .100 material from going threw.

gotcha, I've consider doing it that way too. You using a carbide drill and tap? Or just going real slow?

I ended up hardening the stock sprag so much I couldn't get more than a dent in it.
I just ordered a kit from.... somewhere in canada? name escapes me.

I used cutting oil, a smaller cobalt bit (for hardened steel) to drill a pilot hole, Then followed threw with the #3 bit that came with the 1/4-28 tap. I attempted it with a HSS bit first which took forever. Using the cobalt bit first cut time in half.

Cummins 2831325. I looked at running this but decided it wouldn't clear the ford firewall

Tig welded my planetaries for the trans. Transmission is about ready to go in. Me and my trans builder have been very busy. But it’s coming along.

Custom made feed line Exergy made me off a template I made them to make a PPE dual fuel kit work with an H&S dual feed kit.

Fiberglass bedsides, and bigger digger paddles I picked up from my buddy Ric. Carbon fiber SRT hood I picked up yesterday from my buddy Gabe which was Ric’s, and Woosleys before that. And I got my TCI transmission line pressure gauge installed.
