I've been researching this for awhile but unfortunately it's hard to find much other than people that want to ditch the twins and go single. Found a few mentions of people doing it on 3406's and c15's but no details.
Any one personally done it? What were your results? As far as I can tell it should just be a bolt on but are there any changes that need to be made to the ecm?
I also looked into pdi's stupid expensive kit ($10k) and as far as I can tell the HP turbo is an s475 and the lp is a Perkins industrial s500. Really doesn't appear like it'd be all too hard to set it up once you found the right turbos. I'm planning on going to flowed 58's and 800 marine cam in the near future would the acerts work decent or would it be better to run more common turbos and set it up like pdi's?
