Qwest for the track continues.

If it gets to the track, I will give it 5 shakedown runs, and then I bet it won't break a 9 flat for the next 20 runs.$.02

Just a question but why give Greg chit about running NHRA. Didnt John just run an NHRA event and no one said anything bad about him. just seems like if Greg runs NHRA its a waste of time, and it does nothing for diesel motor sports, But if John runs NHRA everyone thinks WOW this Is how to get diesel motor sports to the next level.


I could really care less, just a question.

I think its all about as stupid as drag racing the 1/8 mile...

and I don't , I was at the same race as John ,

Just who are you , but one of the pack of nobody’s that want to make a name for them selves .
I attended and competed at an diesel event this weekend , My driver went out in the third round with a -.002 red after a .002 ad a .032 light .

She can drive . I spent the morning doing a motivational speaking arrangement with disadvantage kid and the VFW. Then I drove 100 miles to attend this event.



I don’t care what a few of you think , or what you say , if I defend myself on here by showing what I have done for the sport , I am accused of bragging .



I have plenty of supporters and I get PM’s daily of people that can’t understand the kiddos on here that make a sport of this. Most are afraid of being immediately flamed .


But I am going to point out the races, and acomplishments in diesel motorsports , not to brag , but to set the record straight on this a thread , designed to attack me , , and a thread that if starts to go my way will be immediately locked


I have run 7 NHRA national events , 12 NHRA divisional in a diesel , over the last 6 years . I have run, or provided a race ready vehicles at many diesel specific events .

The first 9 second pass in a diesel truck, ,

The first 8 second pass in a diesel truck

Ran and won the first side by side diesel Pro Mod race .

Ran and broke on the starting line the second diesel Pro Mod race

Competed in Hot Rod Magazines Drag Week 3 times , and was the first diesel in that mainstream event

I drove in the Gate and competed at an NHRA National event with Project X , after driving 782 miles to the race. We brought diesel street trucks to the mainstream

So get your facts straight , and about furniture breaking, I have been spending time getting a new car to the track , which will happen sooner then you think

Greg, I think you just made my head swell up from all of your awesome accomplishments.

I am setting the record straight , I have run all of my programs , race them, in diesel events and the mainstream, what have you done that gives you the right to judge me

and I have done it .


But some one started a thread to bash me , oh well,

There are a great many people that are involved with me and help , but that is my forte, the ability to bring together the necessary resourses both money , and personel ,to field a top flight Profession car .


Come on get you one of these.

The only one I see on this thread that has, is John , and I apluad him for the job he is doing , the rest are just people that want to run their jibs

I run my truck as hard and as much as my income allows. Just because you've been in the racing industry for X amount of years does not make you the being of all knowledge. I have seen on this site a lot more grassroots guys, that don't need the big money, run a lot more often and a lot better than what it seems you have done.

You were the first at a few things...honestly I do not care. I hope to one day line up next to you.

its going fine , and you soon will find out ,
we will do zero public testing , as most other pro teams do, but we will be out soon

John you were at the same race as I was , I got my chassiss tag , as well as a grade point to attend a NHRA National Event in the near future .

I see the thread getting attention , so let the flaming begain, did you get what you all wanted ,
 
OK< the next personal Jab gets someone the week off. Congrats on your accomplishments Greg, now get it to the track, and make some times. You have a very looooooong way to go to catch the Scheid team. Good luck on your quest. And from one of the guys that is doing and building vs. talking, I know how much time it takes. BUUUUUT, just like me, until you do, you have not done, what you have said you will do. LOL No go do it.
 
I do recall you spouting something about getting into the 7`s right off the bat & have bracket car reliability. Is that how its going?
