Dragon Fire Vp44

lets hear how they did at some sled pulls for once!! drag racing talk is getting old! lets hear what they did at the track. top end wise etc....

yeah thats with a monster pump but I bet there the same mods are done to the dragon fire vp44

I don't think the dragon's are as aggressive as the monster's though. The few videos I have seen, they just don't seem like they are putting out the fuel like the monster.

my buddy adam has the highest vp44 @ 1000hp using a monster pump and it's really aggressive and idles rough. I think he was making like 613hp fuel only and sprayed it to a 1000hp which is amazing. Trucks impressive. But I put A dragon fire pump on my buddys truck with a stock head stock fuel lines and a edge juice and made 650hp also thats with a standard super phat shaft turbo and it idle like stock and drives great its really smooth

I would like to see a video of that truck on drag strip or sled track or both. Mine ran decent on the street and the drag strip without a fueling box. I know of another dragon here locally that was sent back to II to be checked out because it did not add the extra fuel like it was supposed to, but II said it was fine.

II said it put out 140% more fuel than the SO pump on a bench, but did they use a used one or was it compared to more then one SO?

not sure but the one we got works killer you should try one it's awsome

I did I bought one back in march and was very disappointed.
That sucks, what injectors did you have in it when the pump was on?I no that the truck we have it on we can't even drive it on the street with chip on, just regular driving cause it dumps to much fuel...

They were a set of mach 7.5 that were honed and Don said they flowed a good bit more than the 7.5, not sure how much more or the hp rating that's all Don told me.

Which are for sale by the way

Adam has done many dyno runs with the truck. From SO pumps to the Monster pumps. Don't count him out, he is at least trying things few are.

Gus at Farmboy diesel was running them but last I knew someone bought that truck as it is running around NC under a different name, but thats just word of what others have seen. Gus ran some good times with hsi at the strip, off the top of my head I forget what they are. I think the SO or even HRVP could keep up but don't knwo if the could beat it.

The fuel alone is what I'm looking at. I don't want nitrous involved and from what I have seen of the II pumps, I'm not impressed. But there is alot of testing still being done to call it a dead subject.
