Who's got one what are your thoughts ? milage/pulling power............etc.

Iam asking about a bone stock 6.7 with 6 spd auto every day driver grocery getter not a hot rod

Thats what I would run in that too... If I buy a new truck that is what it will have too.. really help with fuel mileage, plenty of torque, so that wont be a problem

Last time I looked you can't get 3.42's in an auto. It was just a manual option. The auto with 3.73's only turns 2000rpm at 80mph.

2010 order duide is telling me 3.42 must have dg7 (68rfe) not avaiable with manual

If the 3rd gen w/6.7's have the same axles as the 3rd gen w/5.9's you can convert to 3.42's.
3.42's were available in the GM's with AAM axles but not in the Dodges.

I think you have that backwards.

Yes he does... and believe me, if there is anybody that will know what options can or cant be gotten on a new dodge it will be shaun,, they own a real nice dodge dealership in Dawson Creek!

I should have made myself clear, if you want to convert the 9.25AAM front axle on a Dodge you need to get a ring & pinion set for a GM and a special spacer kit to make it fit the Dodge.
